Howard McBrien, aged 62 is married with two grown up sons. He is a member of St. Joseph's Parish, Maidenhead, Berkshire.  

He has been in the legal profession for over forty years covering a wide spectrum of the law having practised in London, Slough and Maidenhead. Currently he is a Consultant with a London firm and specialises in Wills Probate Estate Planning and Charities. 

He has been a Trustee of SPICMA since the Charity was founded in 1967 and has assisted over the years by providing legal advice.  

Howard is a Rotarian and a Trustee of a number of other charities. He is Chairman of Governors of a large Catholic secondary school.
