Privacy Policy

SPICMA is a Catholic charity run solely by volunteers. We reach out to the poorest and most marginalized in the developing world, regardless of their religious beliefs or ethnicity, who might
have no way of approaching the larger agencies. Our projects are funded by donations and legacies made by individuals and groups.

How will we use your information?

SPICMA takes the protection of your data seriously. The only circumstance in which we will share any contact information with a third party is when our printers use donor addresses to post our annual report or appeals. We will never share data with other charities, individuals or organisations unless required to do so by law (e.g. HMRC). We will never telephone anyone to request donations unless specifically asked to return a call.

We will only send you information about future appeals and associated news if you have given us your consent. You have the right to withdraw this ‘consent to be contacted’ at any time. Whatever you choose, we may still need to contact you if there is a query regarding your actual donations.
